Here I am on a Sunday doing what I thought was a quick post of a pic of my DIL & Granddaughter before church. Wanted to put it in my dropbox as well and forgot my password for it. So I had to go to mail.. then saw an email from my friend @Bert that was his latest post to his blog which intrigued me: http://bertspace.posterous.com/breaking-news-mark-zuckerburg-steps-down-as-f Then while making a quick reply to his blog post I shared w/ him that I really tried to stay off SoMe on Sundays.. so I had to come here to get this post to send him to explain.

Oh my.. Holy Spirit give me self control to follow through with the convictions of my heart.

Nibby,

I appreciate you taking time to comment on my blog. And I am taking your thoughts into sincere consideration. Ministry wise I feel a bit different as I feel 1st called to serve the Lord with all my heart mind and strength; then to uphold the high calling of being Tommy's wife; then towards our family, our church family and everyone else in the world that He places in my path.

Its such a treat that my path includes this awesome medium of being online. What a blessing to be able to reach across the world via my sofa and my personal media device! Prayerfully I won't cause anyone devastation; but by giving myself a day focused upon the Lord and the simplicity of worshipping Him I'll be better balanced and my online ministry will be more fruitful.

I would not hesitate to post a prayer request or anything else that is needful online no matter what the day of the week. For now I'm just attempting to intentionally observe a more simple Sabbath.

Love you dear man & tweet-heart,

I can't say that I really like this :) You do so much online to lift others up everyday. You taking a break one day might be devastating to some :) But if you feel you need to that is good. I will sure miss you! Your entire ministry is ONLINE really enjoy when you take prayer request and pray for others. What a gift!
